Winds of Change

​

A program exploring the whisperings of change in the seasons and in our lives, carried by wind and heralded by birds and falling leaves. The program includes works by Romantic composers Felix Mendelssohn, Fanny Hensel,  and Robert Schumann, as well as newer works by living composers Brian John, Gwyneth Walker, and Sarah Quartel.

To Be Sung On the Water

Water in all its forms- rivers, seas, rain, and reflection- runs through this concert, shimmering with light and depth. Traditional folk songs, 19th and 20th century solo works, and contemporary choral works explore the pull of the tides on our imaginations.
